~ Schau' aussi wia's regn't ~
It seems like this older gentleman is trying to console the young lady by telling her in Bayrisch (Bavarian dialect) that there's trouble in other places too. The pottery stein has mold number 237, ca. 1900. The verse is a contraction of the first line of the refrain from an old Bavarian folk song which is shown below.

Schau' aussi wia's regn't!

Schaugts aussi, wias regnet
Schaugts aussi, wias giaßt
Schaugts aussi, wias Wassa
vom Dach abischiaßt
Look how it's raining outside!

Look how it's raining outside.
Look how it's pouring outside.
Look how the water
shoots off of the roof outside.
