The German Hunting and Fishing Museum in Munich

This interesting museum is located within the pedestrian zone near the Marienplatz in Munich. When not giving rides to children or posing with tourists, the large bronze sculptures of a wild boar and a huge catfish announce the museum. Inside are many paintings, artifacts, dioramas and examples of the wildlife of Germany. Stein collectors are not ignored, as the museum also includes two cabinets of drinking vessels.

Above, St. Hubertus and the stag.

A display of ceramic steins, mostly faience, and a display of glass.

A faience stein showing a rabbit carting a hunting dog off in a wheelbarrow!
(No, it's not broken, a descriptive placard was removed from the image.)
