DmytroHello!
I want to know who is the manufacturer of this beerstein? Under the handle there is a number – 1322. There is no such beerstein in the catalogs, on ebay, too.Thank you so much

George1322 probably refers to a year…

RonDimytro,
Can you tell us a little about yourself? Are you from Ukraine or Russia? Are you a stein collector or a stein dealer? Have you ever consdered joining SCI? The I is for international.
The Beer Stein Library has a section on Westerwald stein handles which can be useful in idenntifying the manufacturer. The same scene on your stein appears on Marzi & Remy 2792, so I would start with looking at the M&R handles.

DmytroRon,
I am 38 and I am from Ukraine.
I am antique dealer, but the theme of beersteins is my favorite. So I study it more deeply. Unfortunately, not so many steins, worthy of attention, fall into our country.
I didn’t think about membership because I don’t consider myself a good specialist worthy of membership. Besides, I don’t have my own collection.-
RonDimytro,
I too like to know about the theme on my beer steins. SCI is a good place to learn about the story behind your steins. We have over 50 years of articles on steins and we are responsible for a lot of the books on steins that are now available. There wasn’t much available about steins when I got started over 50 years ago. Why don’t you try us for a year. The worst that could happen is you get bitten by the bug and started collecting them too.

GeorgeDimytro,
Here are two links to the stein auction houses. There’s lots of information to be learned there.
