    Earlier this year I was fortunate to purchase Mettlach Plaque of the Prussian Empire Eagle with all the Prussian state crests. It is fabulous. I would like to find out how the plaque was used, by whom, and the time frame of its manufacture. Did a past Prosit magazine article discuss this plaque?
