    Waldemar Styblo

I am a collector of larger beer and wine jugs, pitchers (higher then 20 cm, ca 8 1/2″). I´m from Europe – the Czech Republic. I would like to join a club, an association, so that I can share my interest, exchange information, exchange contacts for possible sources of interesting additions to the collections …. I should seek membership in your club or recommend me another association, perhaps more localized in Europe, etc.?

There are some stein collectors in Hungary. See The article has some contact information.

If you really like large jugs, check out this giant Bembel, A Bembel is a jug used in Hesse to serve apple wine (cider). This one was commissioned by the city of Frankfort for their annual festival. It is said to hold 690 liters.
