I posted a few months back, but then completely lost track of the thread.

Briefly, my father was a collector of steins, varying sizes and colors. After he passed away, the collection became mine. I, unfortunately, know nothing specific about them. I wouldn’t mind seeing them go to someone or someplace that appreciated them. I know that some steins have more value than others and was just hoping to gain a little insight into them. Aside from posting pictures of the 17 of them here, are there any resources in or around Long Island, NY that can help me?

    Stephanie,

There is a local chapter in New York, Die Studenten Prince Gruppe. The contact is Tom Maguire. Go to Chapters and click on his name for his e-mail address. The chapters only meet three or four times per year. If you can post photos, including any marks or numbers on the bottom, you might get more information quicker due to a broader base of collectors.

Stephanie- The NY/LI chapter is not the Student Prinz. That is the Massachusetts chapter. I am a member of the NY/NJ Thirsty Knights and live on LI. I would be happy to assist you in finding out what you have. You can email photos to me at sassteins@aol.com or call me at 516-939-9866. Steve
