Maker of pewter flagon Stuttgart late 18th century

    I recently acquired this late 18th century pewter flagon (Schraubkanne or Schraubflasche). It has stamped hallmarks for Stuttgart and a goose over the initials “C.L.S”. An old note inside the lid describes the maker as Carl Ludwig Steinhardt. Does anyone know of this metalsmith, please?
