Hello, today I dropped my stein (or it was knocked over) and unfortunately the cceramic lid broke. I live in Chicago, Illinois. Can anyone refer someone who is in Stein repair?

Do a Google search for ceramic, porcelain repair in the Chicago area. There are several.
Be advised that it can be very expensive, depending on the severity of the break, and may exceed the value of the stein. You might want to try putting it back together with a good ceramic glue. Unless the stein is extremely rare, you will never get the stein back to full value.
