CorbettLooks like looks like Girmscheid Mold #1058. In perfect condition this could be worth $400 to $500 but it does appear that the lid is not the original.

CorbettJust guessing but I would say no more than 25% reduction in value due to the replaced lid. So maybe $300 to $400. It really depends on how much someone is willing to pay. You could try selling it on ebay, either at a set price or as a bid, or you could see if one of the stein auction or other auction houses would list it. The Stein Auction Company and Fox Auctions are the two best know auction houses that specialize in beer steins.
