~ Das wärmste Jäckle ist das Conjäckle ~

This is a play on words that works better in German than it does in English because it rhymes in the former. The word "Conjäck" without the diminutive "le" ending is probably a Southern German dialect word and has exactly the same sound as "cognac" in English. Cognac is a brandy distilled from wine from the province of Cognac in France. This could be called a "Schnapps" (brandy) set made of porcelain by Schäfer & Vater ca. 1900.

Das wärmste Jäckle ist das Conjäckle. The warmest little jacket is Congnac.
