~ I bin a stiller Zecher ~

Judging by the appearance of this Zecher, it seems that the secret is out. The Ansichtskarte (picture postcard) with verse in Bayrisch (Bavarian dialect) is from the early 1900's. Capitol "I" and "J" are the same in German and old English. This verse is listed under "I" because it comes before a consonant as in "Ich" meaning "I" in English.

I bin a stiller Zecher I am a secret drinker
