This pot-bellied gentleman seems to be saying and motioning with his left hand that he doesn't want anymore or that he's not going to say anymore. Every word in this sentence is a cognate (a word that looks and sounds almost the same in both German and English). The pottery figural stein is marked with the J. Reinemann Munich logo and "45" and possibly designed by Franz Ringer, ca. early 1900's.
