This nice relief VBM, mold# 3071 dated 1908, bowling stein has the typical sayings that go with Kegeln (ninepins or Skittles), the European form of bowling that preceded bowling (ten pins) as we know it in the West.
Alle neun beim Kegelspiel! Wer die nicht schiebt, der schiebt nicht viel.	All nine at the "Skittles" game! He who doesn't play, doesn't play much.
